Civil War 1/6 tintype of 2 Early War barefoot Confederate Soldiers wearing white battle shirts. This is a very unique image as this is the only image I’ve personally handled of barefoot soldiers. Early war straight off the farm. One wears what appears to be plaid pants. They have a musket standing in between them with a bayonet attached. Housed in a full leatherette case.
