This is about as new as one would like to find for a Civil War carbine. Photos truly don't do this carbine justice. I can send more photos to interested parties. This example retains all of the original color case hardened finish on the frame, the barrel shows 97% original blue with a mint bore. The stock is mint with a perfect cartouche. The butt plate is among the best out there for a Gwynn & Campbell carbine retaining 90% original blue. Mechanically excellent. The batch numbers are found on the frame, lever, and barrel. This would be a nearly impossible example to improve upon.
